Full Psychoed Evaluations
Comprehensive assessment of a child's overall cognitive, academic, and behavioral functioning.
- Assessment includes a formal intake, health/developmental history review, parent/caregiver interviews, standardized measure of cognitive abilities and academic achievement as well as social–emotional measures. Adaptive functioning measures may be added when appropriate.
- School records or teacher ratings may be requested with a release of information.
**Notice to the Public**
Under federal law (IDEA), parents or guardians have the right to request that their child’s public school conduct an evaluation to determine whether the child may have a disability and is eligible for special education services.
These evaluations are provided at no cost. To learn more or to request an evaluation, contact your local school district.

Comprehensive assessment to determine if a child meets the DSM-5-TR criteria for a suspected disability.

- Depending on the referral concerns, testing may include standardized measures of social–emotional functioning, autistic characteristics, behavior and executive functioning, adaptive skills, cognitive abilities, and academic achievement (when appropriate). School records or teacher ratings may be requested with a release of information.

Contract Testing for School
Districts, Charter or Private Schools
- Assistance with school-based assessments, including completion of preschool or school age initial evaluations or reevaluations and report writing.
Mentorship for School Psychologists
- Professional mentorship for early career school psychologists such as support on assessment strategies, report writing, IEP processes, ethical practices, and navigating school based challenges to help colleagues grow in their professional career.
